"The eyes are the window to one's soul."

One of the first things I learned about portrait photography is to focus on the eyes. It was at that moment that I realized why I love doing this so much. I love standing behind the scenes and grabbing every emotion felt at a given moment and putting it in a single shot.

I have always loved taking pictures, but when my daughters were born, I just couldn't put the camera down. Not only did I not want to miss a moment and remember each moment, but I also wanted to be able to show people exactly what I had seen and felt at that time.

I love getting to know my clients before and during the session. I have built so many relationships even after the order has been placed and the prints are on the wall. I have photographed a variety of subjects including newborns, seniors, children, and families and I’m always willing to try something new.

I currently reside in Rockwall, Texas with my incredibly supportive husband of almost 10 years and my vivacious 6-yr-old and 3-yr-old girls who have been my inspiration to do what I truly love. I enjoy spending time with my family, attending photography workshops, watching most sports, and hanging out with my friends. I am a Texas girl through and through, and you don’t have to listen too close to hear my East Texas twang coming through.
