A non-refundable deposit of your session retainer (including travel fees or additional person) is required within 24 hours of scheduling your session. If not paid within 24 hours, that time slot will become available to others. If 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, then session fee will be applied to the rescheduled booking to be done within 8 weeks. Any cancellations due to inclement weather will automatically be rebooked at the earliest convenience of both parties. Minor Impressions and client will jointly decide if the weather is determined to be inclement.
A minimum order of $200 is required for all sessions.
A “sneak peek” will be posted to the Minor Impressions Photography Facebook Fan page within one week (hopefully much sooner) of your session. This will include at least 5 pictures from your session, but typically includes many more depending on the type of session. You do not need to join Facebook in order to view these; however, I highly recommend it so you are able to comment on the pictures and I can tag you in them. This is also a great way to see promotions which may not be listed on the website.
A photo gallery which includes all edited photos will be posted for viewing within 2-3 weeks of your session. An email will be sent to you as soon as the gallery is up. The gallery will be available for viewing for one week from the date the email was sent. All orders must be placed and paid for within the one-week time-period. Additional time may be given at the discretion of Minor Impressions; however, if the gallery has been removed from the website and it is requested to be put back up, a $50 fee must first be paid to retrieve the photos from archive and the gallery will be up for one week. The $50 fee will be put toward the purchase of additional prints if order is placed within the week.
Session fee does not include entrance fees charged at a location. If entrance fees are required, it is the responsibility of the client to pay for themselves as well as the photographer.
If location is further than 25 miles from Minor Impressions (zip 75087), then travel fee will be negotiated.
All prices are subject to change but current prices are locked in at time of booking.
A $25 credit will be given toward the minimum print order of your next full session if you refer someone who books and completes a full session.
Payment is accepted via Paypal, Check or Cash. There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.
All products are subject to an 8.25% sales tax (not included in listed prices).
